Say hey.
Tell us what’s happening, where you’re stuck, and what you hope could change. We’ll see whether we’re the right people to help.
An introductory conversation. On us.Something’s stuck. Something could be better. You can see the possibility, but the way forward isn’t clear yet.
Let’s open it upA focused exploration. A fixed fee.
A way forward you can make your own.
Tell us what’s happening, where you’re stuck, and what you hope could change. We’ll see whether we’re the right people to help.
An introductory conversation. On us.Together, we agree on one important question, the scope, the timing, and a fixed fee. Then we get into your world and explore with your team.
Agreed upfront. Paid before we begin. We bring the strongest directions to the table, explain our thinking, and recommend a next move. You leave with a useful record of the work.
Your Way Forward document is included.Run with it internally, bring in someone else, or keep working with us. You choose what happens next.
Further work is agreed separately. The fee reflects the question and the scope we agree together. You’ll know what’s included before we start; the discovery happens inside that shared frame.
You’re paying for informed thinking, considered choices, and a direction you can act on. Every exploration finishes with a Way Forward: a clear record of what we found and where we think you should go next.
Sometimes that means a new possibility. Sometimes it means changing the question, testing an assumption, or letting an idea go.
The shape of the answer is open. The work you receive is clear.
Try a question below, or bring one we haven’t thought of.
A defined piece of thinking: understanding your challenge, exploring possibilities with your team, evaluating directions, and recommending a next step. The scope and deliverables are agreed before the paid work begins.
We agree on the question, the boundaries of the exploration, and what we’ll deliver. The fixed fee pays for that work. We don’t need to pretend we already know the answer to make the engagement clear.
Yes. The exploration is valuable in its own right. Take your Way Forward to your own team, work with another partner, or continue with us. There’s no obligation to commission a second stage.
That can be a useful discovery. We’ll explain what we found, why we recommend a different direction, and what would be worth testing next. We promise a considered exploration and a clear recommendation; a particular commercial result can’t be guaranteed.
We’ll agree that next stage separately, with its own scope and fee. The exploration fee pays for the thinking already done; it isn’t a deposit against future work.
The half-formed idea. The question that won’t leave you alone. Start wherever you are.
